Spumante Rosato del Ticino DOC – 75 cl 

Monti Vivo is our first classic method sparkling wine made from Müller Thurgau, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes grown in Ronchi di Cademario. Fermented in french oak barriques 100% new and aged for 7 months sur lies with regular bâtonnages. Second fermentation in the bottle for 24 months and nine more months of bottle aging after disgorging. Monti Vivo with its fine and numerous perlage, its soft pink colour with a coral glare, fine notes with a hint of wild strawberries, freshness and long persistence is an Extra Brut sparkling wine for long-term aging.
